Are you a FNSA staker on the Finschia chain? FNSA staking stopped producing rewards as of 3 P.M. KST August 26th, 2024. It's time to move on to Kaia chain for the better.
Staking Rewards Finschia chain stopped generating staking rewards as of August 26th, 2024. But you can swap FNSA for KAIA and start staking for rewards again.

Unstake FNSA Staking First you need to unstake your staked FNSA. You can unstake your assets from Mintscan's unstaking page, using DOSI Vault or other Finschia wallets. Make sure you start unstaking after 3 P.M. KST, August 26th, 2024. According to the Kaia Foundation announcement, the unstaking period will be decreased from 7 days to 1 hour after 3 P.M. August 26th, 2024.
Create a Kaia Wallet Account You need a new wallet account for Kaia chain, because Finschia wallets are not supported on Kaia chain. You can create your Kaia wallet account with Kaia Wallet or MetaMask.
Swap FNSA for KAIA You can swap your FNSA token on Finschia chain to KAIA token on Kaia chain via Kaia Portal - operated by the Kaia Foundation. The swap service and Kaia Portal will open at 3 P.M. August 29th, 2024. The swap service interface on Kaia Portal will look like the screen below. First, connect your Finschia wallet to Kaia Portal Second, enter the amount of FNSA token to swap for KAIA token. Third, enter your Kaia account address you created in the step 2. Lastly, hit "Confirm" to execute the swap. Your FNSA will be swapped for KAIA at 1 : 148 ratio. You might have to wait a few hours until the swap transactions are settled on both blockchains.
You'll be able to monitor the progress of the swap in the "History" tab on the swap interface.
Lair Finance's liquid staking dApp will launch soon after the Kaia mainnet and the swap service open. You can start staking KAIA token with Lair liquid staking dApp and earn base KAIA staking rewards + stKAIA rewards + Acorn points by simply staking.
You'll receive stKAIA token representing your share of KAIA token staked with Lair. With stKAIA, you can participate in many Kaia DeFi activities to earn extra yields and points without losing all the staking rewards from Lair.
