# How to bridge $LAIR

## Bridge your assets to access new opportunities across the ecosystem

* Bridge options: 
  * **$LAIR** on **Kaiachain** -> **Berachain**
  * **$LAIR** on **Berachain** -> **Kaiachain**

* Why is bridge needed?

  * **$LAIR** on **Kaiachain**: As we offer Vault (AVS) on **Kaiachain**, **$LAIR** is essential. To farm more rewards through AVS, you’ll need **$rstKAIA**. In order to mint **$rstKAIA**, both **$LAIR** and **$stKAIA** (our staked **$KAIA**) are required.

  * **$LAIR** on **Berachain**: Our **LAIR/BERA** pool is live on Kodiak, offering one of the highest APRs among all pools. With the pool now verified on the PoL Vault on **Berachain**, users can farm **$BGT** , a major governance token that plays a key role in shaping the **Berachain** ecosystem.

* How to brigde:
  * From **Kaiachain** ➡️ **Berachain**: 
    * Go to page [app.lair.fi/bridge](http://app.lair.fi/bridge)
    * Connect your wallet (eg. Metamask or Kaiawallet)
    * Enter the amount of **$LAIR** you’d like to bridge from **Kaiachain** to **Berachain**. 
  * From **Berachain** ➡️ **Kaiachain**: 
    * Go to page [app.lair.fi/bridge](http://app.lair.fi/bridge)
    * Connect your wallet (eg. Metamask or Kaiawallet)
    * Enter the amount of **$LAIR** you’d like to bridge from **Berachain** to **Kaiachain**.
