# stKAIA Rewards Campaign

stKAIA is a yield-bearing token that generates and captures KAIA staking rewards automatically. Its value against KAIA token increases over time at a ratio equal to the KAIA staking APY. For example, if you stake 1 KAIA for one year at 10% APY, 1 stKAIA will be worth 1.1 KAIA after one year.&#x20;

stKAIA Rewards Campaign is about giving extra rewards on top of the native staking rewards of KAIA. A total of 7,000,000 KAIA tokens will be distributed to the participants through out severa seasons. &#x20;
