# Lair (Re)Staking Guide

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to restake LST on Lair.

1. **Head over to restake page on Lair**

   1. <https://app.lair.fi/restake>

2. **Select a LST to restake by clicking the asset.**&#x20;

   1. There are supply caps for each LST. Be quick and deposit before the limit is reached, or you have to wait until the caps are raised.

3. **Input the amount of LST you want to restake.**&#x20;
   1. In order to mint $rstKAIA, you will now need both $stKAIA and $LAIR.

4. **Approve spending and confirm the restaking transaction in your wallet.**

5. **Receive $rstKAIA and check the balance in your wallet.**
