# Lair Mobile - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and **BUG HOLE INC.** ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

#### 1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

By accessing **Lair**, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

#### 2. The Service (Non-Custodial Interface)

**Lair** is a software interface that allows users to interact with decentralized blockchains.

* **No Custody:** We never have access to your funds, private keys, or recovery phrases. You are the sole custodian of your digital assets.
* **No Execution Power:** We do not execute transactions; we only broadcast your signed instructions to the blockchain. We cannot reverse or cancel any transaction.
* **Third-Party Integrations:** The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., Privy for authentication). You acknowledge that BUG HOLE INC. is not responsible for the performance or failures of such third parties.

#### 3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, designs, and software code related to **Lair** are the exclusive property of **BUG HOLE INC.** and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

#### 4. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

* Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or financing terrorism.
* Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App or bypass any security measures.
* Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

#### 5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless **BUG HOLE INC.**, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

#### 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

#### 7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, **BUG HOLE INC.** SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, PROFITS, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

#### 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of Korea**. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Korea.

#### 제1조 (약관의 동의 및 변경)

귀하는 **Lair**를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다. 회사는 언제든지 본 약관을 변경할 권한을 보유하며, 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 것은 변경된 약관에 동의함을 의미합니다.

#### 제2조 (서비스의 성격 - 비수탁형 인터페이스)

**Lair**는 사용자가 탈중앙화 블록체인과 상호작용할 수 있도록 돕는 소프트웨어 인터페이스입니다.

* **수탁 권한 없음:** 회사는 귀하의 자금, 개인키, 복구 구문에 절대 접근하지 않습니다. 귀하는 본인 자산의 유일한 수탁자입니다.
* **거래 실행권 없음:** 회사는 거래를 직접 실행하지 않으며, 귀하가 서명한 명령을 블록체인에 전파할 뿐입니다. 회사는 어떠한 거래도 취소하거나 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
* **제3자 서비스 연동:** 본 서비스는 제3자 제공업체(예: Privy 등)에 의존할 수 있습니다. 귀하는 (주)버그홀이 이러한 제3자의 서비스 장애나 성능에 대해 책임을 지지 않음을 인정합니다.

#### 제3조 (지식재산권)

**Lair**와 관련된 모든 콘텐츠, 로고, 디자인 및 소프트웨어 코드는 **(주)버그홀**의 독점적 자산이며 관련 법령에 의해 보호됩니다. 귀하에게는 본 앱을 개인적, 비상업적 용도로 이용할 수 있는 제한적이고 양도 불가능한 라이선스만 부여됩니다.

#### 제4조 (사용자 준수 사항 및 금지 행위)

귀하는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.

* 자금 세탁 또는 테러 자금 조달을 포함한 불법적인 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위.
* 앱의 정상적인 작동을 방해하거나 보안 조치를 우회하려고 시도하는 행위.
* 서비스의 소스 코드를 역설계(Reverse Engineer)하거나 복제하는 행위.

#### 제5조 (면책 및 보상)

귀하의 서비스 이용, 약관 위반 또는 제3자의 권리 침해로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구, 손해 또는 손실(법률 비용 포함)에 대하여 귀하는 **(주)버그홀**과 그 임직원을 면책하고 보호하며 보상할 것에 동의합니다.

#### 제6조 (보증의 부인)

본 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 상업성 및 특정 목적 적합성에 대한 묵시적 보증을 포함하여 어떠한 명시적, 묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다. 회사는 서비스가 오류 없이 중단 없이 운영될 것임을 보장하지 않습니다.

#### 제7조 (책임의 제한)

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, **(주)버그홀**은 원인에 관계없이 디지털 자산의 손실, 수익 손실 또는 데이터 손실을 포함한 어떠한 직접적, 간접적, 결과적 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

#### 제8조 (준거법 및 관할권)

본 약관은 **대한민국** 법률에 따라 규율됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 대한민국 관할 법원의 전담 관할로 합니다.
