Welcome to Lair Cash. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lair Cash early access program, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Lair Labs Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address. You will receive a verification code via email to complete registration.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Early Access Program
3.1 Nature of Service
The Lair Cash early access program is a pre-launch initiative that allows users to register interest, earn membership points, and participate in promotional activities before the official service launch.
3.2 No Guarantee of Future Services
Participation in the early access program does not guarantee:
Access to any future products or services
Receipt of any specific benefits, rewards, or giveaways
That the Lair Cash service will launch in any particular form or at all
3.3 Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the early access program, including any features, benefits, or rewards, at any time without prior notice or liability.
4. Membership Points and Tiers
4.1 Points Program
Membership points are awarded for completing certain activities within the Service. Points are:
Non-transferable between accounts
Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents
Subject to adjustment, expiration, or forfeiture at our discretion
Not property of the user and confer no ownership rights
4.2 Membership Tiers
Membership tiers and associated benefits are determined solely by us and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Tier status and benefits are provided at our discretion and do not create any contractual obligations.
4.3 Giveaways and Promotions
Any giveaways, raffles, or promotional activities are:
Conducted at our sole discretion
Subject to separate terms and conditions as announced
Not guaranteed to any participant regardless of tier status
Void where prohibited by law
5. Referral Program
5.1 Referral Guidelines
You may invite others to join the Service using your unique referral link. You agree not to:
Use spam, automated systems, or deceptive practices to generate referrals
Create fake or fraudulent accounts
Misrepresent the Service or its benefits to potential users
Violate any applicable laws in promoting the Service
5.2 Referral Rewards
Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld or revoked if we determine that referrals were obtained through prohibited means.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use automated scripts, bots, or similar technology to access the Service
Create multiple accounts to abuse the points or referral system
Engage in any activity that could harm the Company or other users
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for any violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
The Service and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any defects will be corrected
The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
Any information provided through the Service is accurate or reliable
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
Any damages related to points, tiers, rewards, or promotional activities
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of a third party
Any content you submit or transmit through the Service
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@lair.fi.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
Any accumulated points, tier status, or pending benefits will be forfeited
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
13.3 Waiver of Class Action
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
